sounds like a bug, please try with the latest stable
release (vs2.2.0.7) on a recent 2.6.22.x kernel with
debugging enabled (kernel/Linux-VServer) and provide
the crash dump/trace if you can reproduce

nope, I haven't got a similar report for that branch
yet, so it is definitely not known ....
