Use the same "dev" but a different "name", e.g.

/etc/vservers/<guest>/interfaces/0/{dev,ip,name,prefix}
/etc/vservers/<guest>/interfaces/1/{dev,ip,name,prefix}

both "dev" containing "eth0"
both "name" containing different names for the "eth0:name" part
  eg: "if1" and "if2" or whatever you like
both "ip" containing different ip's
  eg: "192.168.0.1" and "192.168.0.2"
both "prefix" containing relevant prefix for the relating ip
  eg: "24" for the example
