Don't enable CONFIG_VSERVER_AUTO_LBACK _and_ CONFIG_VSERVER_AUTO_SINGLE at
the same time, as CONFIG_VSERVER_AUTO_SINGLE will change all binds to the
first address assigned to the context, disregarding the loopback address.
