Will this allow me to use any swap inside the vserver?

How can I confirm that I have vserver >= 2.1+? I'm supporting a system for

Set the VIRT_MEM flag, http://linux-vserver.org/Capabilities_and_Flags
which will show rss.hard - rss.soft as RAM, and the remainder as swap.
(Assuming Linux-VServer 2.1+)
