there is no official patch for 2.6.22.14 (yet :)

what tools did you use?
util-vserver 0.30.214 and later is recommended

looks to me like you configured your guest
to use the host context (#0) instead of a proper
guest context (2-49151) ...

sounds more like a configuration issue, how did you
create the guest? maybe with the unmaintained,
deprecated and broken newvserver tool from debian?
