Depends on what setup you have but if you have just one (IPv6) route out of your
host you should be fine with most patches going back to the early 2.6.2x kernels!

If you have multiple outbound routes (and gateways) you may need to trigger
rerouting of your guest traffic using iptables in order to have the packets go
out via the right interface/gateway.

I'm running 2.6.36.4-vs2.3.0.36.39 for some time, was running 2.6.31.5-vs2.3.0.36.21
and linux-2.6.32.2-vs2.3.0.36.27 before that.

util-vserver version mostly depends on the kernel you choose, for recent kernels
you will need util-vserver-0.30.216_pre* versions. IPv6 works there for a long time.
