I have looked at the source and discovered that this is really
0.30.216-pre2864 but a patch was changing this to 0.30.215 in
configure.ac and configure. The package seems heavily patched.

I have filed a bug about the version problem and I have asked why there
is such a huge patch on top of the package. Maybe there is a packaging
problem resulting in util-vserver being downgraded to 0.30.215.
