Latest driver from realtek from readme:

This is the Linux device driver released for RealTek RTL8168B/8111B,
RTL8168C/8111C, RTL8168CP/8111CP, RTL8168D/8111D, RTL8168DP/8111DP, and
RTL8168E/8111E Gigabit Ethernet controllers with
 PCI-Express interface.

And 8168 don't work with 8169, so I have to load 8169 from kernel.

The driver in the linux kernel is called r8169, and works with both r8168 and r8169 chips.

The driver provided by Realtek is called r8168 and also works with both chipsets.

You shouldn't be using both drivers at the same time.
