Subject: unification/hashify failing

I've suddenly started getting an error when I try to unify(hashify) a
guest. Well suddenly is relative since I haven't tried in several
months. The number and types of guests have been jumping around so I
just didn't want to keep hashifying.

So when I run

    vserver $G hashify

I'm get the message

Failed to initialize unification for vserver

I'm still researching but would appreciate a quick whack with a clue
stick if anyone has one handy.
