looks like your yum/rpm outside the guest (which was
used to install the guest) is newer/older than the
one inside the guest, so you probably have to convert
the rpm database from one version to the other or
up-/downgrade yum/rpm on the host/guest ...

google should have a lot on this subject, as I remember
this issue on non-LinuxVServer machines when updating
rpm without converting the database
