i use cgroups (for cpu sharing) with 2.6.27.46-vs2.3.0.36.8 (and
2.6.32.12-vs2.3.0.36.29.4). i even use util-vserver 0.30.216-pre2772
(debian lenny) with the 2.6.27 setup and it works for cgroups cpu sharing
(except for the corner case of processes started from "vserver <name> [exec|
enter]", but there's a 1 line patch for that), so the latest & greatest is
not necessary for cgroup cpu sharing in my experience (though i don't mean
to discourage upgrading either).
