Hi,

These are the kernels compiled by me. I offer absolutely no  
warranties. In short though, neither of the kernels you mention would  
I recommend.

2.6.33.1 is not really tested anywhere, though looking  fine.

2.6.31.7-vs2.3.0.36.27 is old. If you install the package  
linux-image-vserver-2.6.31-beng then you will get the latest patch and  
kernel of the 2.6.31 series automatically when I compile the packages.  
The latest in the repo is linux-image-2.6.31.12-vs2.3.0.36.28, but as  
I say, install the meta-package to automatically get the latest. The  
latest 2.6.31 is what I'd recommend for production, YMMV. Remember  
these are still "experimental" patches.
