Hi Herbert,
I finally managed to clean the startup script of the slackware guest. 
There was  a pending "stty onlcr" inside rc.M rc.0 and rc.6 that 
prevented to end the startup and the shutdown of the guest.

Now all things seem to work fine.

I would like to thank you very much for the support and all your staff 
for this wonderful product :-)
