i gave up on automation. when i used init scripts it was touch n go whether
all the vservers would load or not. i just have vprocunhide in default
runlevel and start and stop my vservers in the order i wish them to in
local.start and local.stop. it has never failed me. plus far simpler to work
with in the event i wish to change the order of starting.
