I haven't use that model - although I have used a lot of WD drives.
I do have a pair of WD10EAVS drives (slow to startup, quick to sleep).

I do have seagate drives similar to the models on your list - no complaints.

Used in RAID?
In general for RAID, avoid the "green" drives of any make -
they are usually very aggressive about entering standby/sleep -
which means in a RAID array a lot of head load/unload cycles.

Note:
I did not follow my own advice above - 
my "slow, green" drives are a RAID-1 pair but they are "archive space".

My pair of seagate drives are on the same machine, also in RAID-1,
and I was doing multiple kernel builds a day for months, no complaints.
