The link is the issue :-) I'm going to assume /rw is a separate
filesystem, which means that it's going to get unmounted as part of the
namespace cleanup. echo /rw >>
/etc/vservers/.defaults/namespace-cleanup-skip should fix it.

Apples and oranges, this version doesn't have namespace cleanup.
