here you see, completely different device nodes
254:0 vs 10:135 ... now check with /proc/devices
what 10:135 is supposed to be ... 254 is rtc here
where 10:x sounds more like misc

(so I presume you udev rules are not up to date
in respect to the kernel nodes)
