dear all,

not sure if its Vserver related at all,

but i have a small issue with network throughput to a Vserver.

its a routed with a 3 interfaces shorewall set up, eth0 net, eth1 lan
and dummy0 dmz where the vserver are with 192.168.2.xx addresses.

i have a samba file server in 1 of the vservers and i can get about
80mbit measured connection from the LAN which looks good to me.

i have a zimbra vserver that is causing the problem where i can connect
from the LAN without any problem and everything does work only i can not
get more then about 50 kbit connection when connecting to imap, pop or
http so its horribly slow.

when using mutt for example from within the file server on the same host
the imap connection is blazingly fast as to be expected.

as far as i can see all traffic is routed correctly via shorewall and
there are no errors to be found in the zimbra logs so i'm stuck at the
moment and pretty clueless on what to look for.

i do have a similair zimbra setup and never seen this kind of behaviour
before.

anybody has a clue?

thanks for reading this anyway ;)
