Hello

During installation of a vserver on Debian Etch with newserver, only
root password, time zone and selection of application need to be tipped.

I didn't get much info searching for "Vserver and DebianInstaller

Presseed".

Is there a way to avoid interactive DebianInstaller questions ?

do you want install Debian host or guest ???

I wanted it for guests

Debian Installer is for
host installation, not for guest ...

OK

you can create Debian guest with
vserver build command (and debootstrap as backend)

Shall I then understand that newvserver configuration file is the way

to
pass

specific values to vserver Debian guests ?

newvserver configuration file is for newvserver debian specific small
application for creating vserver guests

OK : I wanted to avoid questions/answers sequences.
I guess I must now play with newvserver options.

Don't use newvserver. See http://linux-vserver.org/Building_Guest_Systems
for instructions on how to build guests, none of which are interactive...
