But I'm using Fedora Core 8 to build a VServer. I'm try to do many time with
lower kernel version. And the last answer is : Kernel does not network
isolation.

Is there a prebuilt package for this?
I'm on  2.6.18-6-vserver-amd64, is there a newer
official debian package for it as well?
(I'm on etch, should I just upgrade to lenny?)
