Unless you are using a piece of hardware that requires the tg3 module
(Broadcom NetXtreme cards), you won't need the firmware. Since you've
already booted with a previous kernel and haven't needed it, there
should be no problem rebooting. In any case, the worst that could
happen is a network card not working.
Those files aren't in the Lenny firmware-linux package. Best get it
from backports if you need it. For the package description see:
