I don't undestand, now I can restart this vserver instance but I see
that in syslog :

EXT3-fs warning (device sda1): ext3 unlink: Deleting nonexistent file
(15581208), 0

For information, before magic fixing, I've this :

ls /var/lib/vservers/resource vs1/var/run/apache2/ -lha
 s????????? ? ?    ?       ?            ? cgisock.13078
