baselayout-2/openrc is incredibly nice! i am slowly switching everything
including my workstation over to it.

i have one problem however when using it in vservers... i guess this comes
from portage updates, but i am constantly having to edit

/usr/portage/profiles/default-linux/x86/vserver/package.mask

to comment out baselayout

is there a way to make this change permanent so even portage cannot touch it?
